Elva Young
With 258K followers, Elva is more than an influencer—she is a force of nature. Achieving financial freedom at 28, she has crafted a life of courage, creativity, and authenticity.
During our collaboration, she told me: "I want the world to pass through me." She seeks a life that is fully open, fully felt—an endless stream of experiences and emotions, flowing like a river. Always in motion, always free, yet nourishing everything in its path.
This is more than just a photoshoot. It is a statement.
To live as the wind. To shine as light. To become the world itself.
Kaz Tanahashi is a Zen calligrapher, painter, translator, and living legend whose art embodies deep wisdom and profound presence. It has been an incredible honor to work with him and capture his artistry through my lens. Watching him create calligraphy is like witnessing pure harmony—he moves as one with his brush, flowing effortlessly as if guided by something beyond himself.
One of my favorite portraits of him is when he gazes at his artwork, "遍参自己" (Total Exploration of the Self)—a moment of reflection, depth, and tranquility. Through his work, he brings ancient traditions into the present, reminding us that art is a meditation, a practice, and a way of being. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to photograph him and share his timeless presence with the world.
